I am quite the avid cheesecakist.

I made this one for Evan's birthday. Marisa and Kelly did the crust, and Greg juiced the lemons.

I made this one for Prom.

I made this cheesecake today. I added lemon juice, and then put on a lemon curd topping. I'll bring the extra to school tomorrow. First dibs for those who sign their name here. -EKN, marisa
